Fees and Insurance
Therapy Fees
I offer first-time clients a free 30-minute consult; this allows us to determine if I am the right therapist for you. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule an intake session in order for me to get better understand what brings you to therapy, gather an in-depth history, and to set therapeutic goals with you.
I charge $175.00 per session and take cash, check, eligible Health Savings Account charge cards, credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance
I accept both Premera Blue Cross (including Lifewise) and Regence Blueshield. I also may be considered as an out-of-network provider with other insurance companies. Please check your coverage carefully by considering the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

What is my insurance deductible and has it been met?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session and/or what is my co-pay (if any)?

Am I required to have a referral from a primary care physician?
Cancelation, Missed Appointment, Late attendance Policy
You may cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours notice. If you do not give 24-hours notice, or if you miss the appointment without any notice, you will be responsible for paying for that time-slot. Please note that insurance companies typically do not reimburse for missed/late canceled appointments. The payment for this will be due at our next session.
If you arrive late please note that our appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time.
